The principals of GraceCap have worked together for almost a decade. We worked at typical "Wall Street" firms but saw a market need to provide small founder or family owned businesses with a more 'down to earth' option to transition their companies to responsible stewards who would invest the time, energy and capital necessary to provide continued growth and success. We provide strong operational leadership which enables a successful transition.
As responsible relationship oriented providers of capital, we take a long term view and often invest in fixed costs that will enable the business to create value over the longer term. We are not short term investors. We also bring an extensive network of senior resources to our investments that many small businesses simply can't access.
